Invalid Key

I have so far tried twice to upload a video titled "Rendezous at Eastern Creek". The video upload proceeds successfully and I get to the "Share Your Video" screen. Whatever details I enter thereafter gets the same screen back with a red "Invalid key" message across the top and video never appears in my private list (it is marked private until I see the transcoding quality).

Any ideas on what is going wrong?

I've gotten that message on occasion as well. The only thing I've found is that in most cases, something is corrupt with the video or the encoding at the beginning of the video causing the video not to completely upload.
