Calibration needed

:(She's an 1989 coupe with an auto transmission. My problem is that after I put 373 gears in her (which go great with the 383 stroker) The speedometer is 15 miles fast and I have already tried different speed cable gears. The 373 gears were not an option in that year so there is no easy fix. Has anyone overcame this?

Judging by a few articals I've read. There are speedometer gears that need to be changed to line up with the new gear ratios. Whether or not they can be aligned exactly? I'm not sure.
