JACKSON, Miss. -- Police said someone stole a car and took it for a joyride Thursday night.
It was stolen from Freelon's Restaurant Bar on Mill Street and found crashed on Maddox Road.
The Jackson Police Department found a white Corvette with the keys in it and the engine still running crashed in a ditch around just before midnight.
A little more than an hour later, a man reported the car stolen. He was able to get it back.
